Solution & UX challenge

Veterinary clinics face inefficiencies due to fragmented tools for scheduling, medical records, client communication, and patient management. Primarily antiquated software, the goal was to create a unified platform that addressed these challenges while being user-friendly and scalable to existing pharmacy product.

Developed a cohesive platform with robust features, including:

EMR/SOAP Records: Designed an intuitive one-page layout for documenting exams, treatments, and progress notes, incorporating voice-to-text functionality and body mapping.
Scheduler: Enabled multi-provider, multi-patient scheduling with built-in reminders and conflict detection.
Client Communications: Integrated SMS, email, and in-app messaging for streamlined client engagement.
Custom Form Builder: Created tools for customizable intake and consent forms, reducing paperwork and simplifying data collection.
